Yes, around 20% from online search, 20% responding to flyers and Van signage the remaining 60%  phone in.

I think it’s a great marketing and communication tool but we also use ours to quote and book work.

Yes - I’d say 30% of all enquires come from web or internet search which may not seem a lot but we get a lot of recommendations and ad’s in parish mags.

The good thing is 99% of commercial comes in this way and although ts 30% of all enquires the money value from web enquires is about 90%

New inquires coming through web site have been very quite for some time.I don't need the work so haven't updated it.My area is also very competitive with loads of window cleaners with sites so it's very hard to stay up top of page one.

£10 a year.

I made mine on Google sites and it works just fine. If you have a desktop/laptop and aren't a troglodyte you'll manage to knock up a website in a few hours.
