I am usually only to willing to help flyfish, but im scared you might put them on e-bay ;D
seriously though i have spent so much time and effort on these and they have now payed of, i know this is a much better response than most get so i am just tweeking them to make sure im getting the maximum response and am gonna deliver a few more just to make sure the response stays the same and then i am considering offering them for sale on here customised with your own details. This would be great for any newbies and i wish someone was offering this when i started, and not just newbies becuase i know for a fact thats a better response than most of the established guys on here get.

This is more than just another flyer as well its a complete system for getting work, as i say the response is almost immediate and you can turn it on and of like a tap to get as much or as little work as you want.

It will involve you going out to quote most jobs but they will all be in the same area and all the quotes will be on the same day, one after the other, so no driving back and forth to quote.

I will give you a clue, the main selling point of this leaflet is on a simualer theme to the splash and dash ones you see
i have taken inspiration from them as i know they need to get a large number of jobs for there leaflet drops to pay off, difference between mine and theres is there average job must be about £20 mine is just over £100 and i will get repeats and refferalls down the line they wont.

The leaflets were the famouse pink flyers, over about 7 months we sent out about 80.000 and got about 4 replys, the 30.000 and one reply was the straw that broke the camels back.ie is this American sales gimic to much for us Britts

We got a better response from our own add that was dropped off in a local give away mag.

Pink fliers work, have you tried deliving any yourself, they should get you at least 0.25% and probably about 0.4% at this time of year.

Most likely they weren't delivered, did you put them out with a free paper, I found it was a total waste of money.

flyfish,

i think when red carpet says 'splash and dash' leaflets hes refering to the old old 50% discount jobys that been going donkeys years,

i can remember delivering them for my old man when i was 13 !!!

response was an amazing 1 job per 75 leaflets :o,

cus back then people read leaflets, unfortanutly them days are gone, with all the bumf people get through there door now, response rates are alot lower whatevers on your leaflets :'(

thanks graigp

i would like to know what this leaflet is that red carpet says he has been working on for years, the response rate he says he gets is the best i have ever seen, asked if he would share them with me but no luck at moment, if he was on my doorstep i could understand, but he is miles away, so red carpet if you would be so kind to email me one of these leaflets, i would be prepared to give you a % of the work it brings in

I would also like a peek at one of these..  im in the process of designing my first leaflet and think it needs the following..

A well designed logo

A 'quote this' for a limited discount

And some reason for them to put it on the fridge or kitchen board (maybe some taxi or take away numbers?)

leaflets will only work if you get a good deliverer, the best leaflet in the world will not bring in work if it doesn't get delivered or doesn't get delivered to the correct people.

Judus

Were you on Fastrack or did you aquire a pink flyer.

We would still like to know how they were dilvered

It is very disturbing because the cost of printing and distributing 80k pink flyers is high.

Mark roberts, no not that one, i never did get round to printing those ones so wouldnt no what to expect from them

Craigp, nothing to do with 50% discount, i think these types of leaflets are decieptful and wouldnt be happy using them, i also think they attract the wrong sort of customers

Flyfish, please dont think it is me being funny not willing to share as i am a great beliver in sharing and in most cases do on this forum as i get so much back from it and if it wasnt for this forum i would never have found the idea for this leaflet.

All i am saying is it has cost me a lot of time and money to get these results, and since these have been going out my buisness is really taking off and i belive anyone doing the same will also see imediate results, and so if they are going to see a vast increase in turnover i think its only right for them to pay me a small sum for my efforts.

Now before i ask anyone for money i just want to make sure i have a product worth the money and so i personally want to deliver a few more just to make sure the response isnt a fluke although i am sure it is not

the response i gave was from a batch of 10,000 and has actually gone up slightly since as i have booked another 2 jobs from them today. I am now halfway through another batch of 5000 and have allready booked in seven jobs and they were all delivered this weekend.

If you are serious about wanting them as they are, and do not want to wait then i would be more than happy to share the leaflets and system with you, as i say this is not just leaflets.

I think the price of a days work wich for me is around £200-£250 is a fair price to give someone information that will constantly leave them fully booked with no space in there diary from day one, if you agree my number is on my website and i can meet you as soon as your ready and share it all with you.

Daniel.

Just to remind you Mike Boxall does not like people selling information on the Forum as it is meant to be a Free resource.

I suggest when you are ready put it on Ebay.

That linaco person apears to be making a fortune.

I would check everyones idendity to make sure they do not buy a copy and then start marketing it themselves.

Good luck

Ian

Hi Ian,
I was not aware information was a problem i thought it was products that was frowned  opon for obvious reasons, i am not selling for profit just would be nice to recoupe some of the money spent trying to find a system that works.

For me to have spent all this time and money just to give the information away seems a little unfair especially as anyone using this info will start making money straight away.

Im sure as a moderator you are familuar with my posts and aware im just a honest hard working carpet cleaner like the rest of us and my last reason for using this forum is to try and make money from it.

As Moderator I am just passing on the views of the site owner.

In deed before I new this I actually encouraged members to buy a Marketing CD from a respected truckmounter

I would not expect you to give away a Megga Marketing method for Free .

If its that good you could become one of the industrys Grus.
