People charge £300+ for conservatory cleans, and they get it too! Sandersons even more than that. Its a good high profile high value business in the summer if you can do the marketing BS. Conservatory ladders make cleaning a lot quicker because its hands on rather than scrubbing with a pole.
I've got a customer with a "self cleaning glass roof" conservatory which is probably 15' x 20' in size. They've asked me a couple of times over the years to clean it but I've refused as one side slopes towards the bungalow roof and I would have to get up on the roof and it would be a complete ball ache. The other month they told me they had contacted Thomas Sanderson for a quote.Without even looking at it TS quoted them £1200!
Self cleaning glass is a pig to clean, that's one situation where I would use a Conny ladder, charge a really good whack and trad it. Most of us do a perfectly acceptable job with wfp and a ladder if needed.Plastic roofs don't take any time at all, could clean half a roof by the time you've positioned a Conny ladder.

We do loads every year no difference between cleaning that and a normal glass roof , what issues do you have with them ?

Glass roofs in general are a pig, baked on dirt that's difficult to get any pressure on from the ground. You can rinse forever and bits still come out of the seals at the side.I do one monthly (self cleaning) it never looks clean.Plastic easy, glass = pigs

As quite often glass cleaned with Di will not look shiny like it does when it’s done with ro water
