I had a claims company ringing me every hour all day !!!     Kept telling them I was unhurt and to go away, but is annoying where they get your private details from  ::)roll

It's illegal if you told them not to share your information. Next one that phones, don't hang up. Ask them where they got your information because you are going to start criminal proceedings. Let them hang up on you.

It's strange that insurance companies sell your details onto those injury claim no win no fee companies. 

Yet insurance companies blame those guys for their increased insurance premiums.
