Might have made a big mistake !      Insurance wrote off the van and paid me out.    Let me keep the van for £400 and i asked local panel beater for a quote to  fix it, and he said £1200.          So it will be a cat C on insurance register, but now MOT  has run out.
So I could be spending all that money to fix it and could fail MOT big style !!!!!!

This panel beater you speak of?
He's sorting the structural damage, body panels/bumpers, respraying and sorting the inevitable (and at a minimum) screwed radiator etc... for £1200?

Blokes mental if he is...
