cleaner planner makes it easy to change the price too as you can save new price as new ongoing standard price when ticking off jobs cleaned on the app on phone.brilliant! :)

It's nothing to do with cleaner planner more like sweet talking if you ask me,you can only rely so much on software when dealing with the general public I can assure you.

get a spell checker before you print them off and capitalise I not i.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

Not sure what you mean? The software does nothing except reduce admin time in this instance.

Don't think I'm being picky just want your flyers to look good......I find posting flyers on places like this before printing a good idea, you can guarantee someone will spellcheck for you.

Talk about dropping flyers I've just had an odd phone call from someone saying she got my number from a flyer that recently was posted through her door. The odd thing was I've not posted any so said keep hold of it for me so I can take a look when I call by later today for a quote. I'm now sat her thinking what the hell is going on. I know I've got my dat brain scan tomorrow but surely I would remember doing a flyer drop or not. lol.

Turns out was a custard informing others in the terrace they were having building work done. They also mentioned they had me out to clear their shared gutter runs but noticed others in the terrace had weeds growing out of them too. Bless em they only recommended me in writing to them all so I've not completely lost my marbles just yet. lol

These flyers are for the ones who wont be in. If its only a quid im putting them up by then yes a quick note on the normal ticket will do. But on the rou d ive taken over most are looking at £5min increase, others more.  My other work is also increasing by similar amounts and so its a reminder of how long they've had their price for to counter any initial objections.

Here's a top tip. Make up some fliers from a bogus company that does not exist offering an unbelievable offer of a window clean  @ £5 more than you charge. Pop these through your custys doors several months in advance of your price rise and they'll all accept your pound or two increase with no quibble. May the flier really proffesional looking, and if you get a call of it you'll know you're a crap windy too !!!!!    ;D

As for instance (i think ive posted this before)

Ive cleaned this with my friend for many yrs, but when i took over i didnt wait for this new tax yr i amended it virtually straight away. My friend did house n conservatory for £30. I changed it to the house being £30 and £20 for conservatory. So a £20 increase, it should be a whole lot more for the area but thought 20 for now was a good increase.

The ones im putting up this tax year are between 15 n 20, but these houses are on a street known as snobs hill. For instance one is the owner of a chain of opticians for instance. They are paying similar prices to my work in less wealthier areas, so they will see a jump in price (as my flyer says, the community hall is similar in price to their huge houses).
I have a £10 min charge now for any new work, i have some work under that which will be raised and some around that which will go to 14 or 15.   I dont seem to have any problems with my minimum price so any that i loose will quickly be replaced by ones who will pay it.
