vivaro suffer gear box and injectors also timing chain issues if ur unlucky fuel pump as well but all this is after 90k i think but injectors go because water drips on them from the scutle pannel wich causes them to go and get stuck in the head u can seal the scutle pannel tho to stop this my gear box went at 40k just in warnty 
thats before 06 models

Supposed to be sorted by '08 but still problems with later models...
Where to start with my ex 'AA' Vivaro 2.0 CDti 2008
Purchased March 2014
New gearbox in 2011 with AA
New engine Sept 2014 (cam chain snapped at 15mph, lunched the engine)
2 Wheel bearings plus hub
New alternator
New starter motor
Window winder motor assembly (sealed unit £200 roughly)
Plus the usual consumables - tyres, brakes and bulbs.
You could be lucky and get a good 'un but by christ they can be expensive
