yep hot water has come in handy this spring/summer.normally i dont use it during the warmer months except on add ons and dirty first cleans but on some 8 weekly work near trees it helps a lot with tree sap, etc.

even on min settings its coming out at brush end at 50-60degrees(a lot lower in colder weather though).

i use gardiners standard microbore which is rated for both cold and hot water systems these days since they changed suppliers to a british company.really good hose.im well happy with it.no delamination etc.
price higher/work harder!

I first had an ecotemp L5 that I imported from the states was a pain in the arse to be honest.
Now using a fastar 8 lpm which works a lot better for what I need it for  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8L-Tankless-Propane-Gas-LPG-Instant-On-Demand-Hot-Water-Heater-With-Showers-/351378290157?hash=item51cfc735ed:g:vF8AAOSwDNdVn2h6

There is no pilot light on these types of heaters. Yes one of many niggles with the L5 the burner can blow out in a bit of wind being open at the top but the fastar design being enclosed at the top seems to works much better.
