So, I was suppose to receive 4 D.I brackets from GrippaTanks because of there cock up and guess what....
I only received two!
A complete joke.
Even the girl on the phone ensured me that there was 4 brackets packed up and ready to go and I quote "yes, 100% 4 brackets will be sent tomorrow"
Don't order anything from them, it was just cause you hassle
Our sincerest apologies to hear about this. It seems that one of the Packers has made a big mistake on your order twice now which we understand is unacceptable.
As mentioned before, please contact the office directly to resolve any issues as we are always keen to resolve the issue.
Its more like the 10th time it has happened now.
I had to call again because the 2 brackets you did send didn't fit the wall mounts, even the girl on the phone was embarrassed.
Honestly, speak to Alex and use there system when packing. If my guys make a mistake I make sure there are systems in place so it doesn't happen again.
Thanks for the feedback. We have a very high level of customer satisfaction which we are very proud of, so it seem rather unfortunate that you haven't experienced this on your order this week.
We use a very similar packing system to Gardiners, but are always welcome to further suggestions. It would appear to have been a problem with one particular packer which has now been addressed.
If you wish, as an example of how fair we try to be when things go wrong, you can order from us next time upto a limit of £50 but using a coupon code which can be issued to you, and if we supply correctly and on time, then we will call you for payment. If we do not, and make another mistake, you can keep the goods for free.
I don't think we can be fairer than that - customer satisfaction is very important to us.
