If you used our screws, which size screws did you use?We sell about 12,000 brushes a year and the majority are fitted with a socket held on by these screws. The plastic on the socket is a high quality plastic and the screws are chosen to be exactly the correct length and thread size to hold well. Of these brushes sold each year we virtually never have any issues with the sockets not staying screwed on. Occasionally a client will have an issue if using the wrong screws or from over-tightening the screws and stripping out the stock thread. If you had the problem when buying the brush pre-assembled by us, when did you buy this? Did you contact our customer service team to have this rectified? If you want to drop me an email on alex@agardiner.co.uk with these details I can look up your order and see how we can resolve this for you
