So why do you comment on every Vision post. We know you don't like it. You have told us 1000 times.
I see a title Vision. I read it because I use it and like it

Because I'm not on bored on the subject, I still find it fascinating that people can be so easily duped and cant get the hang
of washing dirt of a piece of glass.
Plus some of the feedback on the product is hilarious, so long may these posts continue.

A while back some in here swore by Isopropyl alcohol in the pure water, not just to stop freezing but a better clean etc etc. Is that still the case or are these people now using Vision? ?

I put some change in my water.
My customer asked me not to do that any more because they don't like change.
So I asked them to pay me with a £50 note.

Yes and there lies the problem.  IPA is a  popular low cost product that seems to change the make up of the water but the amount needed to make a difference in a 400L tank of pure water is not cost effective.

There does seem to be a lot of heavy emotional investment in Vision.

I've seen how other manufacturers and suppliers promote their products. The ones who seem to win the respect and (to them just as importantly) have a successful product with a good revenue stream - do the following:

1. Realise that service to potential buyers and customers is paramount.
2. Not get involved in emotional arguments on forums.
3. State the facts about their product and why it is good.
4. Help those who bring up concerns by answering in a professional manner.
5. Address any true concerns (I think of clamps/glue on poles being sorted and sent to buyers free or at a big discount or weight issues being refined on water saving taps) .

The ones that offer scaffolding poles for wfp or stuff that is hugely over priced and/or reduces TDS to unneeded lows soon disappear.

It's a game of three halves!

If vision does what it is meant to, an easy way to market it would be images showing a clear difference of a bit of glass, split down the middle, one side regular clean, the other vision.

Simple, effective and instant.

Or, video of 2 identical houses, cleaned by the same cleaner, one 30% faster.

Basically anything to promote the claims that are made about the product.

Would negate the arguments about what it does and doesn't do.
