This is one of the things that puts me off of employing.You're basically training up your future competition.Any one with half a brain would do the same thing having seen how much money they turn over in a day, only to hand most of it to the guvnor.

oh yes they can im a time served engineer got laid off .thought what am i gonna do now.happend to talk to a guy i knew from school who was a windy.long story short,got ladders bucket whent door knocking that was it took about a year to get a half decent round .then bingo saved some brass. whent wfp.doubled my round.determination,is the key the work is out there if you are hungrey enough to look for it.PMA
