No still don't understand, I must be thick
lol when I said in a recent post that I was loosing around 10 % of my custys a year ( including: new custys, those moving out and those changing their minds) I was told that was an awful lot as their average was 2 or 3% a year
I'm wfp I'm therefore more likely to loose custys than trads
