hey Guys.
I would only buy work if the one selling took me around the customers, knocked the door and introduced me to them. Or, if I worked with him on the round and we both collected all the money. That way you get to meet all of the custys and you can reassure yourself that the work is really legit.
Slightly off topic, I would never give work away either, because many years ago I really had too much work and a guy needed work desperately. So I went round and introduced him to all the custys, gave him a list and prices. The only condition was that there were 2 custys who had paid a couple of cleans in advance. So I said call it quits if you clean them OK? Guess what. He never did any of them, didn't even let me know either until I found out several months later.
So even if you ask a minimal price for the work it means that they are almost forced to do the work to get their money back.
Do a good deed for some and it bites you in the backside!
