Personally I'd keep well clear, the reels look dangerous and are they legal, wouldn't half hurt some one.

Actually Darran, you are right. The van is dangerous.
Its a T260 high roof which means that it has a payload of around 900kgs at best. He has proof that he has had uprated springs professionally fitted so the van doesn't drop (stays level) with a full 1000 liter tank of water. (I have uprated springs on my Citroen Relay van, but that doesn't increase the payload of the van. Legally, all I can carry is 1145 kgs.)
