We are well known as being the most expensive w/c in the area. No shortage of work though!

Ring them up and ask them why they are quoting your customers.

He obviously forgot to put his "This is my customer" flagpole in her front garden,.. how else would he other guy not have realised?  ::)roll
perhaps the fact they are clean and doesn't look like they need cleaning!
Haha i had just cleaned them on that day!! I wasnt bothered though obviously but was just shocked at such a little price for WFP
lol.Name and shame because they are on here i believe.
I dont think there is reason to name and shame they probs didnt intentionally try and poach my work... Just generally pricing up jobs in hope to gain new work, i just cant see how people can run a business earning upto £16.00 an hour.... After expenses

Your making the mistake of thinking every
one works the same speed as you. I would
clean that in 10 mins and yes I have houses
similar. If you cleaned it in 10 mins would you be happy
with £8?. Just to point out first clean would take 15 to 30 mins
there after on a 4 week cycle would be a maintains clean.

That house could not be done in 10 minutes unless you are already there doing next door. It would take at least 3 or 4 minutes to set uo/pack up/ write invoice/knock await payment etc so that leaves 6 minutes and unless you teleported, there would be travel time. No way should it take 30 minutes though. £8 is still too cheap though.

After watching the video i changed the way i clean. No complaints for months and earning more and working less.

Thanks Paul (if its you lol) Never did get round to saying thank you :)

Some guys on here claim to use teleport AND time-travel machines Steve, they clean the glass before they've even turned up. In fact I know some guys on here who clean the glass before the customer has taken them on, a couple before the house was built and one guy has cleaned the glass so fast it was before the silica sand had actually been made into glass. The video is on youtube. www.youtube.com/ciucrap.com.

Always takes me at least 20 mins. Some houses are a sod to get the hose around etc. Actually cleaning isn't a problem. Its setting up.
I canvas in the hope to get all the traditional guys work lmao

10mins to do a 5 bedroom 3 story house😁
What a funny think to say... Each window is individual panes... And there is 3 of them per unit... Not a chance can you clean 25 ish pains of windows and patio doors in 10mins

Cleaning a 5 bed 3 story house in 10mins is not something i would plan to ever learn... 9/10 when i get new customers they say " i got rid of the last window cleaner because he did the full house in X amount of time and never did a good job"

The faster you are the worse job customers think you do.

Your correct some custy's like to make sure they get there moneys worth.
Speaking for myself I'm very conscious of making a good job and very rarely get complaints
when cleaning myself.

Here's a  link for vid I done took some flack at time for it not trying to show off just help other guys
who want to get faster. One thing I will say is there  is a first clean then a maintenance clean
THIS IS A MAINTENANCE CLEAN ;)

It's a numbers game.

I wasn't getting any complaints for years. So that proves I am doing a good job. Eased of on doing the best possible job. Has anyone complained? Nope. Earning more and working less.

I proved yesterday to a new starter. We spent ages on front door and front bottom window. He come out. Couldn't care less about some of the marks I couldn't get rid off on gutters but loved the door.

Once you work out what customers want this job is easy.

Exactly. I think if you don't get a few complaints a year you are the mug really.

I have smashing through work now and it's honestly since I watched the video.

I tested it out. On some windows. One pass. No rinse. And windows are drying fine. I don't clean like that all the time. But I took your advice.

A 10 second look can save 10 minutes. I was looking at houses before I cleaned and they were perfect before I even cleaned em.

I used to think £30 an hour was really good. All I can say is LOL

H20 cleaning. I used to think like this. "Can't do
House in less than 30 mins"

I have some 30 min houses down to less than 10
Minutes now.

H20 clean some windows during the week. Don't rinse
And check em. Really slap dash and check back. YOU will be shocked on what dries fine!!
