What came up on Google about the phone number that called you?
I had a phone call like this a few months ago, I refused to give details and was told "Well if you don't give me the details I cannot proceed."
I told him I was not going to confirm or deny any details to a voice on the end of the phone.
And ended the call.
When I googled the phone number it was a company that carry out surveys or some other rubbish.
