Yes but once you have had energy drinks for so long your body needs that little kick on. Morning, and food just doesnt do it for me! I have a great diet aswell full of
Proteins and small carbs

Sorry matey! but your body doesnt need it,it wants it, sugar addiction
matey!if you are pouring these drinks down o a regular basis, your
diet obviously isnt great.

My food diet i was on about, im big on the gym and play football at a good level so this could be the reason i feel i used to need the drinks because i was doing a lot
Of excercise aswell as a physical job.
My diet is very good apart from the energy drinks wich i stopped drinking 2 weeks ago, i had a berocca today and so far i feel quite wide awake

if you need vitamin supplements something no doubt is wrong with
your diet,do you eat plenty of veg salad and fruit.

My day normally starts with bowl of porridge with sliced bananna
pint of water,if i get peckish around lunchtime i have a couple of
satsumas and a pear or two and plenty of water.

If your diet isnt the problem then you are obviously not getting
enough rest, putting down your iphone once in a while would
probably help ;D

Eat what you like and die 5 years early, maybe!  The stress of fearing what you eat and living a life of boredom & calorie counting is so sad! Youll die a miserable old numpty in the end!

It's not just about dying prematurely. You can get some nasty illnesses and diseases before you croak by eating and drinking what you like.
Your quality of life could be affected. Not being able to walk, breathe properly, poo normally etc.
Just saying, like.

I do watch what I eat to a certain extent, not too much red meat, salt etc but I think people get a little anal about food in general ! Stress kills !

Well i should imagine if you were playing 11 a side 2 times a week, gym 4 times, then on the windows the rest! You would struggle getting motivated sometimes gary! I bet the only work you do is lifting that s huge phone to your ear ;D

Joking aside you would believe my diet its packed full of vegetables and meats! I spend about £60 in the butchers once month.

As for living my life and not stressing its not as simple as that! Imagine if i carried on drinking so many energy drinks i would have teeth like burnt down
Terrace houses( like the rest of Middlesbrough)
I also could damage my liver or heart!

Maybe you are overloading on the meat its a dense material and
takes a lot to digest and can leave you feeling lethargic.

im not much of a meat eater, bit of poultry is normally all i eat
you can get plenty of protein from veg, cauliflower, asparagus etc
im full of beans every morning it drives my family mad ;D.

I strongly suspect you are burning the candle at both ends
and you are not getting enough rest, which more or likely accounts
for your kevin and perry like lethargy in the morning ;D

I eat at least four bags of crisps a day and I'm as fit as a butcher's dog.

i take a flask of tea to work every morning and a bottle of water or juice plus a packed lunch(sandwiches, yoghurt, cereal bar, apple and banana).that usually keeps me going throughout the day plus a few coffees off customers usually.

breakfast is a coffee and a cup of tea, juice and toast, sometimes eggs and potato cakes or pancakes! :)

i never drink so called "energy" drinks.
price higher/work harder!

Avoid the fruit juice; it's not healthy; it's basically sugared water.
