Aren't you targeting window cleaning? I assume you must be targeting gutters or driveways or roofs then because unless the person searching for a window cleaner in his town has some special need, he is very likely to search "window cleaner yourtown".

Fair enough. I am really only interested in repeat customers. I won't quote one off FSGs, conservatories etc. That's why I find Adwords a bit frustrating at times. I do get the odd really good commercial and I do get regular customers from them, but it is the nature of the thing that a lot use Google when they decide they want their windows cleaning, but they only want them doing yesterday.
