 Great price I thought. Came today. Assembled it, then I realised it was rubbish plastic wheels. Checked add and it says LARGE RUBBER WHEELS. Not happy.
Anyone else had an issue

I would never use them again, had an issue with some microbore that was couple months old and their aftersales service was disgusting so would never use them again!

I'd rather pay a £1 more for stuff knowing I will have guarantee on stuff and customer service.

I av uzed ze cleaning spot many times, mon amis, and I av never had ze problemm.

Why don't you just give zem a bell and zee if mon amis le Cedric will zort all your problemz out, oui?

In my experience, cleaning spot's prices are good, delivery fast.

Never had to return anything though, so no experience of "aftersales" as such.

I use them a lot and I've never had a problem getting it all sorted out when things have not been as they should.

The hose reel you have purchased will snap in places after a
Few months. Will leak. Wheels will fall off as well.

My mate has one had to fully weld it after 4 months. Another cleaner has one same issue.

The hose is good tho.

Just give erm a ring there the two French Brothers ain't they. Send it back I'm sure they  will refund you your money back if your not happy with it, as long as its not been used should be ok m8

Got 100m of Gardiner's microbore on mine with ease. Used to have 100m of minibore on it too but the reel was completely full with this on.

If the advert was correct, I wouldn't have purchased it in the first place. The wheels wont last 1 week. Havnt received a reply yet. Ill wait till Friday. No way am I paying for return postage, would cost a stack
