I dilute TFR 1:8.2. Soak in. Depends on the weather. Don't let it dry out! In moderate sunshine i go round spray the whole thing then start WFP where i first sprayed. Whatever you do, don't let it dry out. Glass roof, yeah, no worries.3. 2 hours seems a touch long for the average roof but it depends on you really. I usually do most roofs in an hour. £50 for existing window customers £100 for one off's (roof only)Best way to get the intricate bits is just keep wiggling!
i wish i could get hundred quid for a conny roof up here in yorkshire the tight gits turn their noses up at fifty quid
2 hours is about what it takes me too for finials, roof, gutters, plastics and glass. I use virosol, doesn't matter if it drys out unlike Ubik, £80-£120 for outside only for non WC customers, a bit cheaper for customers as the plastics and glass are already clean, upsell a full F/S/G clean while you are there, happy days!

Hi dazmond, how many parts virosol to water do you use in your 5l pressure sprayer. thanks Lal
Reading some of the prices for conny roof cleaning amazes me ! They're working out at 40 to 60 quid an hour. The highest price I've heard of around here -West Mids - is £50 but usually more like 30 to 40 a time. So a couple of questions.... are these prices in London and the South East? Do you get a lot of people refusing to pay that much?
