Picked up a customer last year from recomendation.
Big house, obv spent alot of money on it. They have three huge velux windows set into a very shallow slate roof. Signed them up for bi-monthly and did the 1st clean in November, no probs.
Before next clean comes around, i get an e-mail from her saying can we skip this clean as they have builders coming in to finish things on the snag list. No worries i said, i gave her a new date for April.
Just got an e-mail from her saying their velux windows are filthy, and that she doesnt think my "big pole thingy"does a very good job as they are now going green; so she's canceled and booked in a trad window cleaner to go up on the roof and clean them with a squeegie.
I e-mailed her confirming the cancelation, asking her if the 1st clean was ok, she said they were happy with the 1st clean no worries; i pointed out that she skipped a clean and in real terms havent had a clean now in nearly 5 months which is prob why they are looking dirty again. (duur!)
I asked her about the quality of serive was it ok from me, nope all good, she was happy with the service. So i said ok well if you want someone to walk about on your expensive slate tiles, your heading for costly repairs, upto you.
Just dont get people sometimes.. they really baffle my buiscuit.
