^ this, although it's my first day wfp tomoro

wind permitting. I probably won't say anything to those that aren't in. People on here have suggested in the past that, if you bring their attention to it, they'll hunt down even the slightest imperfection and complain. I'm lucky that I have a good round of great, friendly customers, most of whom I see and chat to regularly so I don't foresee a problem, though if I do lose their custom I won't let it get to me as wfp means I can expand my round.
Anyone who's in, have a chat with them. The houses I hope to do tomorrow have windows too high for my ladder, so I'm hoping my pole can now get to them, though it's only an 18ft pole so might not make it, a 22 definitely should but they were out of stock... Plus two have decking, and wet decking is a big no with ladders!
You obviously know your round, and this time of year it's still dark-ish when people get home from work, or if they're home after the school run last thing they'll be doing is checking the windows. Also have a think about how often they clean the insides of their windows - if the insides are dirty, and you do as good a job as you can on the outsides, then you'll be fine.
