£11 for the outsides of a 4 bed basic house is good . Ok some you may get £15 and some you don't .

On this forum , the way some of you talk about earnings I'm amazed you worry about the costs of using gas at £4 a day and other stuff .

When I see the pictures of vans posted on here that are quite old , with cheap DIY systems built in , it doesn't match up to the massive wages a few on here earn .

To me if you earning £200/£300/£400 a day you should have a singing and all dancing van and systems .

£50,000 to £100,000 earners but yet driving around in 10 year vans and using old poles and worrying about making them last longer .

Unless there all making it up ????

But good on yer if you are ......well done

He states on the advert that you dont have to be a regular. So you will attract a lot of one off's.

You have missed the point here. £11 for a basic 4 bed on a regular clean is ok.

Do you think he is going to get people who cleaned their windows last week and then thought do you know what i will get this chap to clean them again. I would imagine each house hasn't been cleaned in years!

I would imagine IF he is good and IF he is excellent with the customers he WILL get alot of work and turn them into regular customers!
I think he is forward thinking and using a bit of a loss leader to gain regular custom. the big supermarkets do it every week.
Just going to tuck into my '2 dine for £10' meal. I love a good deal.

I get that but he will be stuck with prices like £20 for inside and outside on regular customers. I wouldn't do a 4 bed house inside and outside for £20. Insides can be killers.

But I think it's great he is trying :D

He does state its a special offer and also 'once per house' so I think after the first clean he may well covert them into an 'external only' clean for £11 or £12

so that £ 3 an hour for £24! I doubt he would do more than one inside and out in an hour. His cleaning would be harder as well. I know what you mean i still got bloomin cheap houses but when i can knock out £52.50 of cheap houses in under an hour. I aint gonna rock that boat :)

fella i knew was running one of those crappy nissan vanette's.
looked like he didn't have a pot...
dressed like a tramp
diy system
fibreglass poles (only went to 40ft)
a couple of years ago he bought another house £200k cash (don't ask how i know)
still has the first house he was in
drives a 10 year old 3 series.

the lads with shiny new vans could be doing well for themselves or their whole life could be on tick.
from the outside-you just can't tell.

You couldn't be more right Kempy. I feel so sorry for all these top earners who have a nervous breakdown
when their battery dies.
