YES I am looking most nights for a new gutter vacThis is what I have found....Ominpole are now doing carbon poles at last Allso there new vac has a new 100mm inlet, so no blockages its on ebay no 171141501340Also the quoted me 5 metres of 50mm ultraflex lightweight hose is £40.00 +vat which is good and best on the market Ominpole cam is £600 way to much, but the cheap one on ebay is no 221245602052

Also do you know who makes Omnipoles Vac?

I have been using a 3000watt vac for years and is more than enough for any job, I would say 4200watt would need a lot of power and you need one hell of a big to power it, so 3000watt is fine, I dont know who makes there vacs, but I know onmipole well and they invented the gutter vac 7 years ago and they know there stuff
