If you are using the standard yellow pole hose then you will need John Guest barb to stem adapters (http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/John-Guest-8mm-stem-to-6mm-Barb-PM250806E.html). If we had fitted this valve to the pole hose from new then these will have been fitted as standard.If you are using our Orange PU hot water hose then these are not needed and any connection issues can be sorted by cutting the end off the hose to get a fresh end and then firmly inserting into the valve couplings.
