transit size van wanted

hi all, Im loking for a short wheel base transit van or something of simllar size about 52 /53 reg with between 30,000 to 50,000 miles on clock with f,s,h vehicle has to be very clean inside and out cash waiting for the right one many thanks in advance for any help?
