I hate them too. Six quid a pop and last around forty minutes
i use the plastic ones aquadpter sell now, they are absoloutly quality, you would think they would not be durable but i tell you what they are
Top tip: don't bother disconnecting your rectus - last for years then.
The aquadapter fitting is all well and good but how do you connect microbore hose to pole hose .
Surely you need to 2 types of fitting if so dont see the point . But the Aquadapter fitting looks very good but no good if you are used to using a tap .otherwise you will be constantly disconnecting thus wearing the fitting out in a matter of days surely . Mike
Thanks for that Paul , But i currently use an inline tap so in order to do away with tap and just use the new fitting you have would mean disconnecting over 30 times a day . Mike
Yes, we do Rectus 26 as well, and some customers love them, as they're very robust. The downside is they're bigger and heavier, so these new ones seem to be almost or just as robust but are smaller and lighter and male/female can be swapped at different times if necessary.Mike, do you have the tap in between the minibore and microbore/pole hose? Is that your only method of water control?Paul
