Daqua can't seem to be bothered to reply to emails?
« on: May 28, 2013, 04:37:00 pm »
Twice I've emailed them now regarding replacement DM2 TDS meter leads, and haven't gotten back to me. Same with another supplier specializing in aquariums and such. What's wrong with companies? Don't they want to make money?

They seem to be the only two UK based suppliers that offer replacement probe leads for the DM2.  ::)roll

It's 2013, why on earth would I call them up? I haven't had enough time nor the inclination, being 2013 I would have thought a simple email would suffice. If a company can't be bothered to reply to an email I really don't feel like spending my money with them.

And now he knows your viewpoint, he probably won't want to deal with you anyway, even if he does the best deals on resin etc.

Just phone the man.

Whooooaaaa chill man!!

Maybe because of the bank holiday, he's got a back log of answerphone messages/emails and he's trawling through them and replying...

Maybe he's answering the phone to people...

Maybe he don't like you...

I dunno...

First email was sent ages ago, the second one almost 2 weeks a go now I believe.

I don't need to chill, as I'm not stressed? It's 2013, there is no excuse for any company not to reply to emails is there?

its funny doesn't have time to call but has time to type out a couple of e-mails and send them.

I can write an email in less then 10 seconds, some people know how to type at a fast rate. Making a phone call takes a lot longer then that, if you can get through to begin with. Secondly, during the day I'm usually working hard. Don't have time to email. In the evening I can sort out things. People need to get with the times.

And now he knows your viewpoint, he probably won't want to deal with you anyway, even if he does the best deals on resin etc.

Just phone the man.

So if you've got a customer that is displeased with your service, you just don't contact them? Don't put matters right?  ???

I'm not wasting my time. This forum is to exchange thoughts and views, not to contact a supplier. If I want to complain how businesses are run, I can, right?
