I'm just about to change to one of them filters, if mine comes out that high I won't be happy.

Different suppliers have different ways of connecting the membranes up and also use different rated restrictors. Could be that perhaps?

it wont, uv got low pressure or the membranes had it

sound like u got low mains pressure if u got booster pump then get a more powerful one and have it quite close to your ro.
