They are beautifully glued on to a very high standard. Having just inspected the new batch that has arrived I am very pleased with the quality of the application. Having examined all of the fixing options it is still our preferred method as long as the correct glue is used and the preparation and application in the factory is exactly right - all of which we have ensured with these new poles.

If you want to see me gluing on a set of these new 'Smart Clamps' to an old pole then I have just done a video tutorial for when the upgrade kits go on sale next week. Prepared and glued like this with the glue provided they will stay on for the rest of the life of the pole - http://youtu.be/oz2NiLDIn40
