all depends on size of house and distance!

but about 20-25 for one man, 40-45 for 2 men.

best me and mate has done in one day is just over 85. 78 was at the 3 block of flats so nice and simple

things just arent adding up mick full day today bit of travelling and that but 19 jobs 276 quid for two men

sure they may be getting other jobs on in the day and pocketing the cash peed off nursing home got left for 65 quid and a one off clean for a letting agency that we have messed around a bit

i know thats why i asked for average rough figures what most companies get done a day i know you can have a day of huge house and get 4-5 done or a shedload or terraces and get 50 done but just after on an avergae types round how many a day

Why not get a van tracker, you can see where they are probably work out how much time at each job.

Richy, I was near that between 8.30 and 1.30 today on my own. 14 jobs. Not much travelling though. 7 jobs required just one van move. Only one person to blame Richy.

problem is how many can one man do in a day putting two together doesnt double the amount plus i doubt there going to be working there socks off for an employer.. plus it is a cold day i duno. Its very hard to say what there doing they may b not taking the pee.

Richy, I've met you and know you aren't an idiot, if you suspect something is wrong then it more than likely is...those figures for 2 men in a full day are shocking.

Just to answer the opening post, on compact £4-7 houses we can do roughly 30 houses each per day.

got trackers fitted but they dont tell you if fascias jobs r being done on one road ive noticed a 12 quid job and a 15 quid job took two men 47 minutes to do which raises suspicions

Look on the bright side Richy, they are earning atleast 3 times what you'll be earning on your groupon gutter work!

hslf them groupon deals may not have much in there gutters on most houses id only charge 10quid a side to clear them and usually get one of sides not that full anyway it only gutter clearing yeah some maybe big some maybe small ive got a spare van sat there so its not going to impeed on other work and if i pick up some other work from it then so be it

my thoughts exactly been decent priced work today as well. came back at 5,30pm and said weve not managed to clean nursing home we do for £70 and a one off clean for letting agency

these same two lads i allowed one to come in late yesterday as he had council gas fitters round so had to move furniture and fittings and the other let have afternoon off to take mum for medical yet they couldnt be arsed to stay out to get work done an hour longer
