Before I moved to Ireland I lived in the Medway Towns.

There was tons of work, good regular customers, a nice mix of towns and villages and the climate was good.

just read posts over the years ive been on here 3 bed semi's £6 kinda low ... apologies if im wrong .... having said that prob people near me charging £6 for 3 bed semi

Yes I'm sure an nvq in washing windows will shoot me straight to the top of the skills list with Immigration Australia.

I'm close enough to the Peak District to have a round up there if I wanted.
I'll make Sunshine look like a splash and dash merchant tho which i'd feel guilty about
Any way it would have to be a move somewhere new, the missus has got itchy feet too, we've been living back in our home town for over 4 years now

East Devon could be a good move, my missus fancies Cornwall
But I reckon prices are low there.
I've got a sister who lives near Newton Abbot and another one who lives in Yeovil so I'd see them a bit more

Harlow would be a good place ,easy to dart into the smoke if you wanted to and stacks of houses you would never cope with the workload on yer own.  i almost set up there about 4 yrs back  but now am too  committed here in Suffolk/essex.    i wouldnt start up on the coast in suffolk again,it took me 3 yrs of true slog to get a decent base.  .
