Don't bother with cornwall, it closes for six months of the year.

Harlow would be a good place ,easy to dart into the smoke if you wanted to and stacks of houses you would never cope with the workload on yer own.  i almost set up there about 4 yrs back  but now am too  committed here in Suffolk/essex.    i wouldnt start up on the coast in suffolk again,it took me 3 yrs of true slog to get a decent base.  .

Best place for me would be indoors, wish I didnt turn down the colchester indoor Bowles club last summer. ;-)
