Trying to improve my average visit duration of 3min 4 seconds - any tips ?Also bounce rate is 56% any tips of improving that ?
Why d'you want to improve average visit duration. All they need is your telephone number and a positive impression. They should get that from a website in seconds.
Because bounce rate and time on site are ranking factors for Google.
3mins is great - especially for a site about a local window cleaner.56% bounce rate is not bad, either.

A promo vid is a good way to increase visit duration by 30 - 60 seconds too.Personally I avoid Google analytics on window cleaning websites & stick with 3rd party providers like statcounter.com - - as has been mentioned, visit duration for this kinda website isn't going to get much better than 3 mins anyway so why let google know these stats?!
IMO you'd be better off getting someone to design you a Wordpress site - once the bulk of the work is done then maintenance/small changes are simple.

I use statcounter but Im top of google in my town. So, not necessarily the case.
it's the case for every site, you don't need to be using google analytics for google to know what your bounce rate or time on site is, it knows this for every site.
