Hi Lee do you ever send out canvassers or soley rely on leaflets and recommendations?

just leaflets really. I like to hit the same areas about 3 times in a year

You get great results.we done and nice motor.if that doesnt inspire someone to put the effort in then nothing will.

Great video lee hope the operation goes ok, I found out yesterday that i need to have a keyhole operation on each hip to remove a bone impingement 3-6 weeks off for each hip

Im pretty sure you put window cleaning prices on your leaflets .... have you always done this on your mass drops ?

If you didnt did you notice a higher success rate when you did start putting prices on the leaflets ?

Im guessing it sorts a lot of potential time wasting visits to quote a property if they have a price already ?

I put the prices of all our services. Yes its sorts out the time wasters and frees my time from visiting endless 3 bed semis and so on.

As with most things there are pros and cons to this system.

Lee, sorry for all the question but if you get a sec could you give us a ruff guide as to you run 2 reel and 2 controller off 1 heater please, really intrigued to no the best ways of doing this ..

Also does your heaters have the 20min cut off??

We dont. we have one cold pump one hot pump. If both guys need to use hot they run both reels from the one pump using  Y splitter.

Yes they do have the 20 min timer

My shoe size is 11
Last night I had a minted lamb burger, salad and chips for dinner.

My Plan is to grow my business a little more over the next year, probably the same amount as last year.

Then I want to start selling franchises and break up my existing round to be sold to the franchisees in small lumps.

I feel that im reaching a point where franchising makes the most sense in taking us to the next level.

I am just changing direction from the building trade and starting up a wfp round, with add on's.
My plan was to canvas and do leaflets.

Have you got any idea how many customers you gain per thousand leaflets dropped? i am thinking of dropping 20k
Any advice on leaflet content would be good.....ie....do you keep them quite plain and simple or do you give lots of colour and info?

I would like to gain 200 customers by the summer/september time......any tips or advice on how to achieve this would be great.

The tips and advice would be do what you say your going to do, leaflet and canvass.

I would expect 2-3 per thousand.

In terms of leaflet content many have very different thoughts on this. Mine are big and contain as much info as I can get on them. What works for me may be different for you.

I agree open forum we should all be honest with who we really are and not hide as that shows something is being hidden
