It's a no brainier really. Are Gardeners offering this on retrospective purchases of their poles? I suppose if you don't ask you don't get. We are extending this to anyone who has bought a full carbon pole since the 1st of January - they would just have to pay the courier charge.

Clearly Alex is clearing out old stock to make way for a new system, as you are doing with your old stock of Facelift poles.2. You have not rocked any boat.

We will still be selling these goosenecks alongside the new system, but we would like to have slightly less stocks of them whilst doing so.Cornish waters are very calm so all is plain sailing!
Why dont pheonix come with a brush or goose neck. Surely if they did it would invite more potential customers to place orders. I know it would me.Alex has made he's range verey hard to beat.

Me fox, I think you should take a leaf out of your business partners book (mike) and Alex Gardiners, stop making sly comments on your competitors posts. Mike has conducted himself very professionally on here since the pheonix has come out, you on the other hand have not, I find it hard to believe you actually own windiw cleaning warehouse (rolley eyes)

Tell me about the carbon gooseneck , or any gooseneck for that matter , i have never used one , alwys relied on angle adapters. When windows are deeply recessed just screw a few angle adapters together but that is usually one job in 200!! Will a gooseneck benefit me on day to day cleans?
