If you are considering buying an slx or pheonix carbon pole, the slx is now better value than the pheonix because you now get a FREE carbon goose neck AND brush of your choice. It's a no brainier really.

Are Gardeners offering this on retrospective purchases of their poles?  ;D

 ;D

I suppose if you don't ask you don't get.

We are extending this to anyone who has bought a full carbon pole since the 1st of January - they would just have to pay the courier charge.

Bought mine in April last year, with brush and carbon gooseneck.......that was after January 2011,do I still qualify :p

Bugger bought a new SLX and 2 brushes end of November. Would have hung on if I knew.

To be honest Lee too compare the two when you not actually got/used a Phoenix.....

It's interesting, would this offer be around if the Phoenix range was not rocking the water fed boat?

Tell me about the carbon gooseneck , or any gooseneck for that matter , i have never used one , alwys relied on angle adapters. When windows are deeply recessed just screw a few angle adapters together but that is usually one job in 200!! Will a gooseneck benefit me on day to day cleans?

To answer your question - yes it would  :)

We have a new gooseneck and brush system due for unveiling in a few weeks (which we have been working on for the majority of last year) and we have a large stock of 2500 carbon necks that we would like to move along before the new ones come in fully. We will still be selling these goosenecks alongside the new system, but we would like to have slightly less stocks of them whilst doing so.

Cornish waters are very calm so all is plain sailing!

Why dont pheonix come with a brush or goose neck. Surely if they did it would invite more potential customers to place orders. I know it would me.
Alex has made he's range verey hard to beat.

I think you should not insult everyones intelligence on this forum.
1. Clearly Alex is clearing out old stock to make way for a new system, as you are doing with your old stock of Facelift poles.
2. You have not rocked any boat.

To be honest I have used the pheonix pole at polar brite  8)

I wasn't comparing the poles here, because both are excellent poles. But if someone was looking to buy a new carbon fiber pole, the deal Gardiners have make it much better value to a potential customer.

Mr fox, I think you should take a leaf out of your business partners book (mike) and Alex Gardiners, stop making sly comments on your competitors posts. Mike has conducted himself very professionally on here since the pheonix has come out, you on the other hand have not, I find it hard to believe you actually own windiw cleaning warehouse (rolley eyes)

I would have to strongly disagree. We are aiming to make the window cleaners easier than ever before, the Phoenix is the first step towards this goal - or would you disagree?

Just because i'm a fox doesn't necessarily make me sly! ;D

What comments are you referring to Lee? As far as I'm aware I've been completely transparent.

What about someone who bought a slx, gooseneck and brush just last week ? 😜

In that case, if they did not get this offer, they would qualify for a free Super-Lite carbon 10" gooseneck and brush combo to be sent to them for just the courier cost.

Hi Alex can I ring the office tomorrow to arrange this ??
Thanks,
              Scott

Carbon goosenecks are brilliant, it's more the lack of weight at the top than anything else.  You think what difference is a few grams gonna make and then you try it and wooooaa.  I'd say they are really worth the money.
