sub pump from wickes.com layflat hose from b&q and jub clips, all in about £70if the ibc has the smaller hose just cut a v in the toip thats what I did when I used ibcs for staticwill fill a 300 tank in about 5 mins.

I'm impatient. I saw one the others day as i too am impatient that does about 240l a min its about £200 about 20/30 weeks it would more than cover its costin lost time
