Hi Mike, may I ask what consistency you used the hypo at and the settle time? I'm still juggling about with it!

The balcony uprights 4-1 applied with a pump up sprayer and brushed in with a soft hand brush,  the patio was 4-1 put Down with a watering can.

My mate had a bucket of neat and painted areas that needed extra,

You could see a result within 5 minutes but it took a few applications over an hour to get the end result
