i know a guy who used spikes but know works without them . he sats they give him a faulse sense of security . and since he took them off he takes a lot less risks ??? i also knew a guy a few years back who cornered his double ladder on every upstairs window .he had been taught (is that spelt right it looks wrong) that way when he first started .he wouldnt work any other way . but he did fall a few times obviously lucky always walked away with cuts and bruises  but his attitude was it was all part of the job . :o

I fell off my ladder for the first and last time on decking. I was bloody lucky, but well shook up. Went WFP since
