Darren.  When you have finished work today......remove the fitting from the end of the hose that goes to the truckmount and place in to a bucket.  Making sure the header tank is not full, Switch on the water pump and time it for 1 minute.  Then measure how many litres of water are in the bucket.  The demand pump on your machine should be giving approx 13 litres a minute.

I just spoke to Woodbridge and they said they have spoken to you and explained about the fuses. So, lets try and eliminate......remove the fuse that has the Brown or Black wire going to it.  Run the machine, if it still cuts out then repalce the fuse and remove the fuse that has a Orange wire going to it.  Again run the machine if it still cuts out replace the fuse and remove the fuse that has the green wire going to it.  Run the machine, if it still cuts out give me a call.  So, if when removing any one of the fuses it does NOT cut out we will know where the problem is......

Theres a few things it could be but the most obvious / likely one is the demand pump and the tech at Woodbridge agrees.

I think ive found the problem done a job today after about a minute the truckmount cut out again so i took the 3 blue fuses out then started the truckmount it worked for a couple of minutes but then there was no water at the wand went back to the van checked the header tank and it was empty so i take it its the pump thats knackered.

Hi Darren sorry i didnt call back i was really busy then forgot.  Anyway, you say you removed all 3 blue fuses......did you do it one at a time and was it the fuses with the Orange, Black / Brown, Green wires going to them?  If it is the pump that is not giving enough flow then the price Woodbridge quoted is way over the top.  Yes the pump in the link you posted will be fine however i have found a alternative which the link is below.  It could possibly be the accumulator tank thats at fault.  So what i would do if i were you is disconnect the pump from the accumulator tank then measure how many litres the pump gives in one minute.  If it not enough then get a new pump

The accumulator tank is a non serviceable part....however dont worry about that.  You dont actually need it. The pump can fit direct to the machine via the hose without the need of going through the accumulator tank.  If the pump had run out of water then they do make a different noise.

Hi Chris, I have just spoken to Darren on the phone.  When Darren removed the fuses one at a time it kept cutting out till he got to the one with the Orange wire going to it.  So this indicates the Water Pressure.  I gave Woodbridge a quick call to confirm and the tech there agreed that its looking like the demand pump is not giving enough flow.
