Same as Steve, I'll let most calls go to answer phone and I just set aside 30-60 minutes a day to reply.
One good thing is if you book a nice big job in you don't feel bad spending extra when you're on hol

The I turn off my phone, usually come back to about 10 jobs that I call and book in.

Think its the way people use our services..

Use to be mad busy in december right up to xmas eve.

Seems the last ten years its more spread out over the year rather than a xmas rush.

The month jan the last 5 years has been really good and that used to be quiet.

Over here in the Emerald Isle it's quiet..

Has been for the last few years. Christmas rush used to start in Mid November but now its usually the first week in December.

As several other contributors have commented the business is changing and quiet times are for marketting, cleaning/maintaining machines....
