Emailing customers direct from program would be great as i use wcp at mo and its a faff at end of day saving invoices then emailing them all out individually. One click email to customer or option for auto email for certain customers.
I like the idea of having separate accounts to say if you had employees where you could send out worksheets in morning to individual phone, so the app would need to work on a number of phones, iphone etc.
Texting idea would be good from phone, dont see why we should have to pay for a text bundle tho as i can text for free thru my phone, so if i could have a one click option on program to text a standard message ie "We are cleaning windows tomorrow please leave gate open, thanks"
I really like WCP and kinda begrudge leaving it but i think we need to move on now its not getting developed as nat said. I also have had troubles getting into it when had new comp and been waiting a few days. That said i cannot fault their service, always been great with me and has really helped my business over the last few years!
