Tell him to try Groupon, plenty of mugs on there will do it for that price
I had a similar call from M and S last year to clean their two flagship stores in our local shopping mall. It worked out to approx £17 each visit!! No chance I said!! There were over 70 car showroom type windows to be done in and out!!
Both a good size.both have lots of things near the windows inside and out.Wouldnt clean outside windows on a house for 6.50.
A few months back, I was asked how much to clean weekly two medium sized shop windows and a both sides of the door of a newsagents. The previous window cleaner was charging the shop keeper but not doing the job so the shop keeper told the bloke to go forth and multiply. As it was in between two other shops I clean and a straight forwards job, I said I'd do it for £5 a week which included going over the shop sign once a month with wfp.The shop keeper did the usual sharp intake of breathe and shook his head and told me I was having a laugh as his now sacked window cleaner charged 50p where upon I took a sharp intake of breathe. The shop keeper still hasn't got a window cleaner having asked others who work in the same street.
I think I'm rippiing off 3 bed houses here in Kent for 2.50 a pop ,maybe I should up a pound .
