Used it again today on an old red wine stain and thankfully had better results ..

Disaster averted thankfully, looked at the product she had doused the stains in and it clearly states do not use on wool !
I think I did quite well getting the bright yellow urine stain out considering..Was happy for me to not clean the rest of the carpet in that room, as there are loads more urine stains which she has treated, so cleaned the lounge this arvo instead

Id say these stains are there to stay.
When you adjust the sprayer tip on the dye gone bottle does the spray pattern change from cone to jet?
Reason I ask is mine is just a jet which is a pain.

Yes just don't undo it as much, find it can be at a bit of an akward angle when your trying to spray down it wants to go forward,so i mask off the adjoining area.
Not touching it any more, I think with a longer dwell it may get slightly better, but I said just cut that section out and seam another bit in, sure the dog will wee on it some more yet anyway
