Hi Cleaning Co

Great pic's but the only thing that concerns me is how wet / clean you my be leaving the carpets! due to loss of vac / pump power with all those hose on your Ninja.

£140 for 85M sq. :o  I'll stick to setting my machine up just outside, take my time and charge £382.50 which I'd probably discount by around 15% for the fact that it's an open area. - Still over £332.
If you can get good money from a job (I don't often get turned down), then take your time and enjoy your work.
50 hose on a porty is far more effective than 100'. I've got exactly same machine as you.

If it works for you then thats great. Good setup.

Hi Gary,
I charge £3.50 sq/m,which includes pre vac,pre spray,agitate,extracting,napping,
also the price takes into account the initial survey.
It would take me in excess of 45 minutes just to vacuum the area. :o :o :o

My point exactly. Now I get less jobs but better paid with similar pocketed referals. Much less hassle than chasing around although I admit I did used to enjoy the challenge ;D

Good Morning Gary,

Unable as usual to see interesting pictures, as there is a quirk in the system.

I have just worked out, sado  that I am that your List price is £3.20 a metre?
