Actually Mark is normally pretty tolerant of newbies asking the same old basic questions and answers them more regularly than most. Maybe he was just tired.

Would a certified electrician go on his relevant forum and ask advice on how to wire a plug??
How can you be a NCCA qualified cleaner and not know about acid rinse on a wool/ woolmix carpet?
I just find it unbelievable, and did not mean to come over as knowing everything, cos i dont.

Having said that my pet peeve is when I see and advert and they say they are 'proffesionals' . It's a very common mistake.

maybe you and answered the big question there yourself , if there trainings is that bad and that poor maybe this is why the ncca is finshed  

i said this years ago and got a right earfull for saying these things i ever pointed out that the top brass in the ncca were useing the same units and i nearly got ban off here !!!!!!!!

  now your all saying the same as me a sit and wait for the admin on here to say sorry ??  but guess what i bet they dont double standers again , now they have all started there own group how all befoure the guys think so high of themselfs it will be done and dusted like the ncca ?? time will tell
