I'm sitting here with mates, in a bar, having a hoot at the sheep, that's all goldilocks .

Sat in a bar......in Amsterdam.........with your mates............posting on a window cleaning forum.

Sounds like a wild night.

Hi Gary - guess what I've just bought with my tax credits and dole money which I get from being on here all day? Was it an Unger? Was it an Ionics? Was it a Brodex?

No - it's a Gardiners Extreme 47 and extensions!
So that's three Gardiners poles now - SLX22/SLX30 and extension and now this.

Still got my Unger teleplus and Unger squeegee though.  ;D

Baaaa! Baaaa!

Gardiners do extensions? I'm thinning a bit on top (well, a lot) so, I might look at them.
I hope they're not made from Alex's 'tash hair, though.

Hi Gary,
given your attempt at outing this revolutionary new pole, and, given the response you've had i think i would claim to be in a bar getting a few drinks with my mates too. The Waterfed pole company seem to be a good contender (to gardiners ) for medium height poles and the Carbon Modulite Modular Pole from cleaning spot looks like a contender for a lightweight modular pole (not sure why thats had no reviews or intros on here as it looks good). But you can shove that Unger one where the sun don't shine !!!! I do mean that politeley of course, there's loads of new stuff out, good looking stuff too and you bring us this Unger thing? You're definatley not cutting edge. If i never knew any better i'd think you where Craig.

Thats gonna be you're first problem, what company given the competition is gonna want an honest review?
Give it to an SLX user they're gonna say its a heavy pole and its more expensive than what they have. Give it to a Extel fibreGlass user, or alloy brodex high pole user they'll all say its the mutts nuts and well worth the money. Now if i was Ungers PR guy, i know who i would give it to to review and it wouldn't be any smart arse from this site !!!

A company that can stand by thier word, I they say it is the best then proof is in the pudding, I have all the said poles, if it is good it will show in a review will it not, I dont blow smoke up anyones "bum" I am tied to know supplier, Gardiners are good but there will always be something new, I am not adverse to try anything new.

Just you keep going talking yourself out of a job reviewing a pole by mentioning proof in the pudding.. We already know 'cause they told us its 50%lighter than 'conventional poles', ergonomic and revolutionary !!!  £329(excluding VAT) for a 22 foot Carbon Fibre pole that weighs 1.6KG. Revolutionary alright, they aint got that bit wrong !!!

I am not taking my way out of it Mike as I am not assed either way, but blowing smoke into holes aint my thing a review from someone that does is next to useless and it shows in a negative light, look at Gardiners Alex puts him self out there for a critic and learns from it. If there is a lesson to be learnt hes on it hes a clever bloke/ business man thats why his poles are the best on the market right now, feedaback negaitve or positive is all good for any business, i guess some dont see this though  ;)

Perhaps it's been wrongly named and should be the n lith ( short for neolith )

I have had a very quick look at the link and i think there are a few good ideas in there.
Telescopic working hieght 22ft But then you just add more sections Mod style if working on higher windows.(1 pole all jobs)
This is why they have them funny hose holders on the side of the pole .
The ease of removing/changing parts looks good also.

Yes i agree.
I also think that the carbon weave looks very similar to the original SLX pole. If this is the case, i would think the pole will last a while, as my original is still on the original sections.

the unger brushes and poles are a lot heavier than my SLX/CLX poles/supalite brushes so i wont be investing in this equipment as it would simply make my working day harder!!

so im OUT!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!
