Our policy on commercial is payment at time of service on presentation of invoice. If they won't agree to that, we don't bother - they're only going to be trouble so why lumber yourself with them?

Ask what you need to do to get paid and will he sort it for you. Explain you can't/won't clean any more until you are paid. Just put the pressure right on the manager to get it sported for you, because he can.

I have plenty of commercial that pay by my terms (30 days) without problem ranging from small £40 offices to multi site £xxk per annum contracts. I obviously respect where you are with your business but you must have passed up huge amounts of commercial work that won't agree to them terms?
